Ordering Processing
Items that are ordered from our website are billed upon dispatch to our shipping partner’s warehouse. Once a shipping ticket has printed, we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations
Returns
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee unless items are defective. Please be certain that the parts you are ordering are the proper product(s) needed for your repair or job as a restock fee will be assessed on exchanges of incorrectly ordered parts.
Liability
Repairs should only be performed by qualified individuals. PartsNationwide.com (and its shipping partners) cannot provide you with technical assistance on the repair of your products. PartsNationwide.com (and its shipping partners) will not be held liable for damage to your power equipment, person or property in the attempt to repair a product.
International Orders
PartsNationwide.com (and its shipping partners) does not currently ship outside of North America. PartsNationwide.com (and its shipping partners only ship to the United States and Canada. PartsNationwide.com (and its shipping partners cannot ship an order placed on an international credit card to an address in the United States. No exceptions will be made to this policy.
